Kinnard and Drake Straight Bourbon
5- year Bourbon with a high rye mash bill
Taste: Our signature Bourbon on the nose has smells of sweet honeysuckle, cinnamon, and clove. On the palate, the flavor is sweet butterscotch, apricot, followed by Rye spice. The body is creamy, round, with a low alcohol feel.
Kinnard and Drake Toasted Straight Bourbon
We hand-selected four-year-old whiskey to be aged again in new barrels that have only been toasted. New barrels for bourbon are traditionally toasted and then charred. When a barrel is only toasted the tannins released are stronger vanilla and oak flavors as opposed to the heavy char taste.
A full-bodied whiskey, this Toasted Barrel finished Bourbon has a loud mouthfeel with high viscosity. The overall balance is a cornflower spicy mix, with a strong oak influence from start to finish.
Kinnard and Drake Single Barrel Straight Bourbon
Our single barrel Bourbon exemplifies the classic bourbon taste profile.
A sweet and short honeysuckle body with pear notes, with a strong mellow char with traditional rye spice.
Boone County Jail Barrel- Aged Gin
Boone County Jail Barrel- Aged Gin is aged in Bourbon barrels for 9 months. Subtle gin flavors blended with the best of Bourbon flavors.
- Taste: Savory citrus notes, peppercorn, floral, birch, and oak.
Poet's Potion Absinthe Classique
Poet’s Potion Absinthe No. 5 is sweeter than traditional Absinthe with less bitterness with hints of cinnamon, clove, and a slight licorice finish.
Brown Jug Bourbon Cream
It started one summer, in an effort to avoid hauling cocktail ingredients back home. There was leftover bourbon, cream, ice cream, vanilla, and maple syrup. It was blended and instantly became a family favorite. It was too good not to share with the world! Brown Jug remains family-owned.
Our Bourbon Cream uses real dairy with a hint of maple. Blend it in a milkshake or add a little to your coffee.
